Cultivando Talento / Cultivating Talent
Spring 2023
The Latin American Chamber of Commerce of Charlotte (LACCC) is proud to offer the program Cultivando Talento / Cultivating Talent. This new initiative is aimed at increasing economic mobility, developing diverse talent, creating a social safety net for Hispanic / Latinx youth, and ultimately building social capital in our community.
Cohorts will run once a quarter and will end with an annual scouting session where corporations may network with the talent we have in the pipeline. The LACCC aims at vetting new talent and placing bilingual talent in various positions across the state.

Program Participation Criteria:
- High School Seniors graduating in 2023.
Schedule:
Virtual Sessions via Zoom
8 weeks program on Wednesdays from 6 pm to 9 pm.
Starting on March 29th to May 24th.
