Job Description
Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator manages a variety of projects for the Marketing team. The ideal team member is a real “go getter” who is extremely organized with keen attention to details, has a positive attitude and a winning team spirit. The individual has the ability to work effectively and independently and see projects through from beginning to end. Experience with graphic design (InDesign or Canva) and great writing skills would push candidates to the top of the consideration list. This individual also needs to be comfortable engaging with the Marketing team, Program teams and external vendors as needed. Bilingual Spanish-speaking/writing is a plus. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
 

Essential Job Functions:
  • Collaborates with the Marketing team to develop and maintain agency collateral
  • Collaborates with Marketing and Program teams on a variety of projects and special events
  • Manages ESUCP’s online store and vendor who prints the materials
  • Manages vendor relationships for marketing projects as needed
  • Manages the content for Marketing’s SharePoint site and works with HR to ensure accurate updates are made in a timely manner
  • Works with program teams to write press releases, news story and website updates
  • Provides editorial review, proofreading and editing for the Marketing and Fundraising teams
  • Maintains the inventory of branded promotional merchandise, printed collateral, office supplies and other items as needed
  • Other activities and responsibilities as needed 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • College degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred
  • Demonstrated team player
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in design software (i.e., InDesign, Canva)
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, assignments and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Winning attitude, willing and able to "jump right in" when needed
  • Current, unrestricted, state-appropriate driver’s license and current personal vehicle insurance
  • Solid editing and researching skills
